This week we went to an art gallery in town. It was so fun. There were some really good pieces of art. I liked the ones where people spent a lot of time in. In a piece of art they made shoes out of lamingtons. We had to complete 3 activity. Our teacher was reading us stories in the story room. We learnt some really interesting facts like the place that we went to used to be a bank until the mayor bought it. Then he turned it into an art gallery. Me and my best friend worked together the whole time. Most of us enjoyed it including me!

Term 4 week 3

This week we have been revising everything that we did in maths in term 1 like time and shapes because we are having a test in week 5. On wednesday it was the art show. Everybody had a piece of art work in the school.I did a cactus collage. There were some really good pieces of art work.

 This week we have been doing more about poems,For example an Onomatopoeia poem.I think they are really fun.We had to write are own one.I did it on cricket.

Our library is closing in 2 weeks because they want to gather all the books.

In science we built another tower but instead out of sticks we used match sticks. We are trying to make our towers more stable. My tower I think is pretty stable.

Term 4 Week 1

On my holiday i went to Cairns with my best friend.It was so fun.We went in the pool nearly everyday.2 days we went to a eating place.

In school we have been learning about good friends.

In maths we have been doing doing decimal fractions.

Our art show is coming up.I have done a collage on a cactus.

Week 5

This week was a pretty fun one. We are working on our history road. We have to make a time line on a famous scientist. I am doing Thomas Edison. If you have any information on him please tell me. In sport we are doing dancing. It is not very fun for me. I like playing games instead. I came first in a public speaking contest. In maths we are learning about fractions and doubles. We also learnt about myths. See Ya.

Week Two Learning

This week we have learned about rights and responsibilitys, the Olympics, myths, fractions and doubles. My favourite out of all of them would have to be the fractions. Only because we did the fractions using choclate and after that we ate it. Before I did not know much about fractions. I now know that fractions actually come in handy. I wish we could do more of fractions next time!
